Residential Disposed Waste: $112.65 per ton* Minimum charge of $20.78* per trip includes up to 400 pounds.

Commercial Disposed Waste: $112.65 per ton* Minimum charge of $22.53* per trip includes up to 400 pounds.

Residential and Commercial Yard Waste is free of charge. Commercial Land Clearing- Clean stumps, branches larger than 4" in diameter, brush, untreated wood products and unpainted wood products -$35.00 per ton. You will also find at Hidden Valley a full service recycling center. See Recycling under Facilities for more information.

Propane Tanks $5.18* each Asbestos (permitting required) $150.00 per cubic yard. $38.85 minimum charge up to 500 pounds. Appliances with freon (includes refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, water coolers, etc.) $34.19 each* Other appliances, that do not have freon, may be accepted at the recycling center at no charge, or accepted in the transfer station at garbage rates. Biohazard Waste is also accepted at Hidden Valley for autoclaving. Items not accepted at the Hidden Valley Transfer Station: Hazardous Waste - - Please contact the Household Hazardous Waste Line at 1-800-287-6429 for further information about disposing of household hazardous waste materials.

Driving Directions: From I-5 take the Puyallup exit, Highway 512. Follow 512 to the Canyon Road exit. Turn right (south) from the off-ramp onto Canyon Road. Follow south to 176th Street (approximately 3 miles). Turn left (east) onto 176th. Follow to Meridian (SR 161) and turn right (Fred Meyer will be on your left). Travel on Meridian southbound for approximately 500 feet and turn left into the entrance of Hidden Valley.
