Who is the LeMay Family?

In addition to holding 49 percent of LRI, the LeMay family owns companies, which provide solid waste collection and recycling services throughout South Puget Sound and Southwest Washington Regions. The company also operates solid waste transfer stations in a number of Washington Counties.

In Pierce County, the LeMay's own the following companies:

• Harold LeMay Enterprises and Pierce County Refuse, provide services in unincorporated Pierce County as well as Eatonville, DuPont, Steilacoom, and Roy.
• Lakewood Refuse provides services to the City of Lakewood and in the southern portion of the City of University Place.
